Emerging web-based technologies: What the value of specific emerging web-based technologies? Studied technologies include virtual agents, augmented reality, social media and mobile applications.

Store innovation: How can physical stores benefit from making use of the most recent technologies? What can they do to attract more visitors and what are the opportunities to boost instore shopping experiences?

Online consumer behavior: What is the influence of shopping system characteristics on online consumer behavior? Rational, unplanned and impulsive consumer behavior are studied.
